Dr. Wandile Ganya is an African medical doctor and bioethicist who focuses on the African notion of ubuntu (I am because you are). He applies ubuntu to emerging technologies such as embryo-like structures, AI, as well as decision-making capacity of children, and mandatory vaccination. He is a poet whose collections include The Dark Wood and Divine Interspace.
